At the meeting, Mr. Zou started from the practice of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and discussed with the guests. At present, the competition in the manufacturing market is fierce, social contradictions are intensifying, and enterprises are under great pressure to save energy and reduce carbon emissions. Combined with Haiyida's 17 years of digital practical experience in energy efficiency control, Mr. Zou proposed that "the manufacturing industry should be based on digital transformation, through machine substitution, with the help of the new east wind of the national dual carbon policy, to achieve the future green development and efficient management of enterprises" is the general trend. Starting from the actual project, the on-site guests were introduced to the results of Haiyida's digital practice of energy efficiency control, which was unanimously recognized by the guests.

Introduction to the Gongjin Electronics Project
Gongjin Electronic Pingshan Park has a construction area of 180,000 square meters, consisting of a production area, an office area and a living area, with an annual energy consumption of about 50 million kWh. The equipment and facility management system in the park is complete, but the equipment data needs to be collected and calculated manually, which has the problem of lag. In addition, the existing equipment system could not achieve further energy consumption optimization, and the company's energy system improvement requirements were already very urgent.
Relying on the innovative technology of combining its own Internet of Things and cloud platform, EFOS has built a "1+1+1+1+1+1" service system for the park, realizing the visualization, knowing, controllability and measurability of related equipment such as air conditioning, air compressor, energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and other related equipment in the park.

What is the "1+1+1+1+1" service system?
Based on the connection of underlying equipment, Haiyida builds a group digital operation and maintenance center for the park through 1 network (Internet of things of park facilities) + 1 platform (data service middle platform) + 1 map (park operation and management map) + 1 set of standards (intelligent operation standards) + 1 set of mechanism (operation mechanism) to achieve remote intensive control of asset operation and maintenance management, safety management, energy consumption and carbon emissions of each production base.

Realize complete and continuous automatic monitoring and meter reading of the energy consumption of the production base; Air conditioners, wind cabinets, lighting, ventilation and exhaust air, water pumps, air compressors and other equipment can be automatically switched on and off with high energy efficiency; Realize the refined management of water/electricity/gas energy consumption process and the energy efficiency control of air conditioning, and provide data support for dual carbon management; The comprehensive energy saving is 10~30%, which significantly reduces the carbon emissions per unit capacity of PCB production.
