As the most important offshore facility of the Enping Oilfield Group Development Project, the project will build 4 new offshore drilling and production platforms, and develop 6 new oilfields at the same time, with a peak daily oil output of nearly 5,000 tons after the first phase is put into operation, which will inject new impetus into the economic and social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and is of great significance to further improve China's energy security capacity and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

Pain points in facility operation and maintenance
The platform is located in the Pearl River Estuary Basin, with harsh sea conditions, dampness, salt spray and corrosion. The project is large, there are many types of equipment and facilities, and the number is large and scattered, and the traditional operation and maintenance mode is difficult to control the operation safety of equipment and facilities

Construction content
The IPDS power quality monitoring system is mainly built for the low-voltage side outlet end of the transformer, the standby generator inlet, the drilling winch, the mud pump, the top drive and other important circuits of the Enping 15-1 platform substation and distribution system, so as to realize centralized and accurate real-time monitoring of the power supply system of the entire platform, and effectively control and protect the power supply system of the platform in a timely manner through the data obtained from the monitoring.
Realize the real-time power flow distribution map of the power system of the platform, and the statistics and analysis of the energy consumption information of the main electrical equipment. According to the drilling and workover process flow chart, the electrical operation parameters and process parameters of the main drilling equipment such as drilling winch, high-pressure drilling pump, turntable are displayed, and the current drilling conditions and equipment status are displayed in real time, which effectively reduces the manpower of inspection and meter reading, and makes the data more accurate and scientific.
At the same time, the system also reserves the meter interface for collecting diesel, compressed air, seawater, fresh water and other items, which is convenient for the subsequent system to expand the function of the monitoring object.

EFOS application effects

With the gradual maturity of the application of EFOS power quality monitoring system built on the Enping 15-1 central platform; The low-voltage power distribution systems of the Liuhua 11-1 platform, Enping 18-6DPP and Lufeng 8-1DPP will also be equipped with EFOS power quality monitoring system.
The newly equipped EFOS power quality monitoring system adopts advanced power monitoring instruments with real-time reading and storage, ordinary power monitoring instruments, PLC main control systems and data acquisition stations and other monitoring equipment as the terminal collection layer, which can directly read the real-time data, historical data and event sequence data of the underlying smart meter, providing comprehensive and accurate equipment data for the project as the basis for operation and maintenance.
In addition, the collection station is equipped with an independent historical database, and the minimum interval of the recording cycle can be set to 5 minutes/time, and it can also choose to retain 24 hours a day, daily within a month or monthly statistics within a year according to the actual situation of the project; At the same time, the time of some important accidents and operation records, the historical data can be queried online, and the data of the whole station can be stored for at least one year, which greatly reduces the problems of equipment omission and equipment data traceability.
The new system is also compatible with mainstream browsers such as IE9 and above, Firefox, etc., and provides the platform with real-time monitoring single-line diagrams, real-time power flow distribution diagrams, power quality analysis functions, and energy consumption statistics and analysis functions of modular drilling rigs, and can analyze and summarize daily and weekly reports in the form of bar charts, pie charts, curve charts, etc.; Fully meet the daily operation and maintenance needs of the platform.
